Need an excuse to come to the Cape this summer?
After many years of postponing the wedding party we had planned for Summer 2020, we have decided to rent a place in Provincetown and invite our loved ones to hang out with us. Scroll down for details!
Wait… what is this?
As you may know, Clarissa and Paran officially got married in January, 2020. Though we wanted to keep the ceremony small, we knew we would celebrate later with our wider circle of friends and family. Since the party plans we made for Summer 2020 got postponed indefinitely, we’ve been batting around ideas about how we might celebrate.
Fast forward five more years of building a beautiful life together… We were hanging out in Provincetown, MA (aka P-Town) this past summer, and had a wild idea — what if we rented a place and invited our people to join us for some low-key vacation time in this magical place full of queer love?
So, that’s what we’re doing.
Paran and Clarissa (plus Ashley and Lacy!) will be in P-Town June 21, 2026 - July 11, 2026 and we are inviting you to come for a day trip or to spend a night (or more!). Combine it with a trip to Boston or New York or wherever else you have been wanting to get to!
Vibes
The place we have rented is on Law Street between Commercial and Bradford in the heart of P-Town. We understand P-Town is hard to get to and often cost prohibitive, so we do have 2-3 bedrooms open for guests. These rooms will be prioritized for out of town guests and those who may not be able to come otherwise. If you want to spend some nights, and can get your own place, we encourage you to do so (things book up fast, so make plans soon!). Options include AirBnBs, cute Bed and Breakfasts, motels, and camping!
We plan to host dinner at our house every night and instead of gifts we ask that you contribute to these meals. Bring a dish, drinks, dessert. Cook us something. Buy pizza for all. Whatever works for you.
In true C&P fashion, we plan to have small activities, artsy projects, dorky conversation prompts and games, and maybe even weekly themes! And of course, we’ll take lots of photos.
Make it your own!
There are lots of things to do in P-Town and we hope you pack your trip full of whatever you want to do (with or without us!). There are tons of beaches, including the National Seashore. It is easy to rent bikes and boats. Ride the incline up to the Pilgrim Monument, take a tour of the Sand Dunes, or hang out in town for art galleries, shopping, restaurants, bars/dancing, and (of course) ice cream.
So, how do we get there?
Provincetown is out there in every way. It’s about a 3-hour drive from Boston and 2-hour drive from Providence, RI (both without traffic). During the summer, Cape traffic is no joke, so if you do plan to drive, we definitely recommend coming at weird hours. Alternative methods of transportation are listed on the right (we recommend the ferry as the fastest and easiest way to get from Boston to P-Town).

There are busses to Provincetown available from Logan Airport and South Station. (Bus option 1 and bus option 2).

You can take the train from Boston to the Cape. While the train does not go all the way to P-Town, you can get a bus from the transportation center that will take you out there.
